1. Overview

AppFlight is an App Store Optimization (ASO) tool designed to help app developers create optimized content for the Apple App Store. Our service generates ASO-optimized titles, subtitles, keywords, and descriptions based on market data and AI analysis. Users subscribe to access unlimited ASO reports and advanced AI chat features.

2. Accounts

To use AppFlight, you must create an account by providing accurate information, including your email address. By creating an account and purchasing reports, you agree to pay any applicable fees. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. Subscription & Payments

AppFlight operates on a subscription model with two pricing tiers:

• Monthly Plan: $19 USD per month, billed monthly
• Annual Plan: $99 USD per year, billed annually

Both plans provide unlimited access to ASO reports, advanced AI chat for optimization, complete keyword analysis, and optimized metadata generation. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all new subscriptions. If you're not satisfied with AppFlight within the first 7 days of your initial subscription, you can request a full refund by emailing arminas@appflight.ai with "Refund Request" in the subject line. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.

This guarantee applies only to new subscriptions and is limited to one refund per user. Refunds requested after the 7-day period are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing cycle, except within the 7-day money-back guarantee period.

Access to Reports

Generated reports remain accessible in your account as long as you maintain an active subscription. If your subscription is canceled or expires, access to AI chat features and the ability to generate new reports will be suspended, but previously generated reports will remain viewable.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

We collect personal information you provide during account creation, including your name and email address. We also collect payment information processed securely through our payment provider.

AppFlight collects non-personal data including cookies and IP addresses to provide our services and improve user experience. We analyze App Store data to generate insights and recommendations, but we do not sell your personal data to third parties.

5. Cookies & Analytics

AppFlight uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to enhance user experience, maintain user sessions, and for analytics purposes. We use two types of cookies:

• Essential cookies: Required for authentication, security, and basic functionality. These cookies do not require consent under GDPR as they are strictly necessary to provide the service.
• Analytics cookies: Used to understand user behavior, track interactions, and improve our service through PostHog analytics. These cookies require your explicit opt-in consent, which you can manage through our cookie consent banner.

You have the right to accept or decline analytics cookies. You can manage your cookie preferences through the cookie consent banner displayed on your first visit.

6. Service Usage & Limitations

AppFlight provides ASO recommendations and content based on publicly available App Store data and AI analysis. While we strive for accuracy, we make no guarantees about App Store ranking improvements or download increases.

You may not:

• Use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or copy our algorithms
• Share, resell, or redistribute generated reports without permission
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from our service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

Fair Usage Policy

While your subscription includes unlimited ASO report generation and AI chat usage, this is intended for reasonable business use by individual developers or small teams managing their app portfolio. "Unlimited" means you can generate reports and use AI chat as needed for legitimate ASO optimization purposes without arbitrary limits.

Fair usage does not include:

• Automated or scripted mass generation of reports (e.g., tens of reports per day)
• Using the service as a data scraping tool or API replacement
• Commercial resale or redistribution of reports to third parties
• Excessive AI chat usage that degrades service performance for other users
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent usage monitoring

We monitor usage patterns to ensure service quality for all users. If we detect usage patterns that violate this fair usage policy or negatively impact service performance, we may contact you to discuss your usage. Continued violations may result in account suspension or termination. Typical legitimate use (even heavy daily use for multiple apps) will never trigger any restrictions.

7. Intellectual Property

All content generated by AppFlight, including ASO recommendations, titles, keywords, and descriptions, is provided for your use in your own app listings. You retain the right to use this content for your apps.

The AppFlight platform, including our algorithms, designs, and software, remains the intellectual property of AppFlight and is protected by copyright and other laws.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Upon termination, your access to reports and account data may be revoked. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

AppFlight is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. Your use of AppFlight is at your own risk.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AppFlight shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of our service.

11. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users. Your continued use of AppFlight after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of AppFlight shall be resolved in accordance with U.S. law.
